Raman Spectroscopy Instruments

XperRAM C Series is by far one of the most compact, budget friendly micro Raman instrument products in the market, but don't judge a book by its cover as XperRAM C Series gives you the same high performance our high end Raman instruments offer.

As it is built with the same laser scanning module as for XperRF or XperRAM S Series, XperRAM C Series offers the widest scanning experience in the market with 200 µm x 200 µm scanning area on 40X objective.

With XperRAM C Series, you can only have one laser equipped (usually 532 nm laser), but the quantum efficiency goes maximum (almost 80% at 532 nm wavelength) with our custom-made detector and spectrometer, so acquisition of precise Raman data
is guaranteed with XperRAM C Series.

What XperRAM C Series can do for you

  • Raman spectrum acquisition

  • Raman map image acquisition

  • Photoluminescence (PL) data acquisition

  • Electroluminescence (EL) data acquisition

  • There is a broad range of applications where you can utilize data of Raman, PL, and EL - from battery research to 2D material evaluation to pharmaceutical quality control. If you would like to consult about how Raman data can make a contribution to your research, we are just one message away! Please contact us now here.

Why XperRAM C Series is the best value for your next Raman instrument

High Raman peak efficiency = Precise Raman data

  • Not like most Raman manufacturers, we have adopted transmission grating in a Raman spectrometer to boost efficiency to over 90%.

  • The spectrometer for XperRAM C Series (XPE35) coupled with an OEM detector by Atik Cameras is also designed for a high efficiency. XperRAM C Series works the best with 532 nm laser excitation.

Wider and faster laser scanning

  • Our realization of wide, fast laser scanning capability using a single Galvo mirror maximizes even our scanning efficiency and helps you see a bigger picture of your Raman data.
