Project Details
XperRAM S Series with a modified Olympus microscope was built on a movable stage to facilitate Raman measurement of 2D material samples from either a cryostat chamber or on an ambient stage, which is the first ever made custom Raman system in the market for dual temperature Raman measurement capabilities.
