Do you know what the original name of XperRF was?

Updated: Nov 20, 2020

Back in the day, XperRF, our Raman microscope integrated with FLIM (fluorescence lifetime imaging microscope) was in the market under the name, XperRAM Infinite, but there was another name change. We briefly had marketed XperRF under another name, XperRAM Ultimate. Memories... :-/

Now, you can call XperRF just XperRF, and it can make your material analysis research much easier for Raman, photoluminescence, electroluminescence, and time correlated single photon counting.

Why don't you check out a video showing you what the XperRF prototype looked like? We will tell you about each part of XperRF in the future blog posts. Our Raman instruments are fully modular, which enables us to easily modify the main system body to add more analysis features to it. Nanobase is one of the trailblazers of Raman instrument customization!
