[Tunable Laser] There is no laser beam out
1) Please check all the cables(Power and USB) are connected. 2) After installation of Xperay.exe program, you need to copy E:Xperay.xml on the provided CD, then paste it on the directory C:Program FilesXperay. Please check it if you did it. 3) Please check the key switch if "ON" 4) Please check if you pushed the emergency switch (Red one) If you pushed it, the laser stops working. Once you turn the switch, it's released. |

[Tunable Laser] I just received the tunable laser, but the power is very week.
The laser system needs warm-up time which is about 1~2 hours to be normal status. Please take warm-up time. After 2 hours, the laser isn't still working well, please retry selecting the LD again and again in the program. |
